Please be sure to review the programs for small businesses announced as part of the government stimulus package. In particular, the Payroll Protection Program which applies even to independent contractors and sole proprietors, potentially for investors and your independent contractors.
We also recognize that with the current changes in the market, real estate is becoming ever more attractive as a long-term, secure alternative. We expect business to continue, and we remain positioned to support our investors with the capital they need to be successful
Be mindful of best practices to maintain good health but also be extra vigilant about online security, as coronavirus-themed scams and phishing attempts have been reported.
