Emmanuel Lyte was born in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston MA. At the age of 7, in 1993 his family moved to the Country of Guyana, South America. Emmanuel developed his love for real estate while helping his father with the family’s rental properties in Guyana. After returning to the USA to live, he attended and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2009. After graduating, he began his career in the financial industry. With his love for Real Estate, knowledge of the financial industry, and desire to help people, he created a space for individuals looking for better ways to grow mentally, physically & financially strong. He helps people with realistic tools and guides them to build strong habits to achieve their goals in life while building generational wealth and legacy.
Marco Morais, Originator
Marco Morais was raised in the City of Champions, Brockton Massachusetts. At a very early age he realized that he had a real passion for the concept of business and multiplying assets, which led him to studying investment operations and business analytics, and from there led onto a career in the banking industry as a Relationship Banker at Bank of America/ Rockland Trust Bank. After acquiring all of the needed knowledge and studies he became a loan originator with the intention to help others find ways of multiplying their assets through real estate, with him being an investor/ developer himself, he will ensure that you are well taken care of.
